Our admission process provides a family the opportunity to learn more about our school as we learn more about the strengths and challenges of each student.
We encourage you to contact us with questions and to set-up a parent tour. For interest in our school year and summer programs, inquiries for tours can be submitted through our website or by phone.
Please complete our online form to request a tour.
Once the inquiry is received, our admissions representative will contact you to schedule a personal tour. This initial tour/visit is specifically for the parents only. Tours typically take one hour and will provide parents the opportunity to learn about our programs and what we do to meet the individual needs of our students. You will meet with the head of school and admissions representative, share diagnostic reports, discuss pertinent information about your student, tour the school, and when possible, meet some of our students.
After the parent tour, a screening and tour for your student will be scheduled. This visit typically takes one hour. A member of our admissions team will meet with your student and do a basic assessment of their reading, writing, spelling, and math skills. Our principal will provide your student a tour of the school. Your student will meet our head of school as well as with a counselor who will discuss your student’s school experiences.
Once the admissions team has met and screened your student, the next step is determined and communicated to the parents by the admissions representative. Invitations to complete an application will be communicated if that is the appropriate next step. Once your application is submitted, the admissions representative will inform you of the Admissions Committee input and decision.
