Testing Services - Horizon Academy

Horizon Academy Testing Services

Horizon Academy provides on-site educational consultation and evaluation services. We work with children, teens and young adults to evaluate learning challenges and provides specific recommendations to improve academic success. The first step is to complete our online inquiry form.

Initial Consultation

The purpose of this initial 90-120 minute consultation is to gather information about the student (parental concerns, developmental progress, academic history). We are able to test students 7 years and older and can provide diagnostic resources for children 6 years and under. For a child 12 years and older, please allow an additional 30 minutes as he/she will be included in part of this consultation. Once the initial consultation appointment is scheduled, parents will receive electronic forms that will need completion and submission to the Testing Center at least 1 week prior to the appointment.

Based on this initial consultation and information, we customize the student’s testing, and then schedule the testing appointment(s). We make every effort to provide testing that fits your needs and provides you with usable information to help you and your child.
