Joseph is currently an Assistant Business Manager for the United States Army, located at the United States Disciplinary Barracks Welding/Metal Shop in Fort Leavenworth, KS 

·         Joseph managed prison vocational training metal shop where inmates produced products for sale; managed 3 guards and 20 inmates

·         Developed detailed written operations plan with instructions on how to run all aspects of the business

·         Planned/organized work, produced quotes, and processed work orders based on customer requests; answered questions and provided customer service

·         Managed work load production, quality control, security and control of the inmate workforce and shop safety including development of machinery ergonomics plans

·         Conducted surveys, gathered data, reviewed activity reports, analyzed problems and recommended solutions to upper management concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements

·         Inspected other prison operations and made improvement recommendations

He married his beautiful wife, Alanna, 2 years ago this past Oct. He is the proud father of Micheal, who is 9 weeks old!
