A Novel Night Brainstorming

Parents, join us for a 60-minute brainstorming session as we think about ways to make our largest fundraising event – A Novel Night* – even better. This will be fun, idea-focused, and we promise you can leave at the end of the hour. If you like to receive information and process ideas over time, we’ll have ways to share feedback after the session as well. Attending this session does not obligate you to volunteer more time for the event, but you will leave with ideas about how you can help if you choose.

*A Novel Night brings our community together and celebrates a fun or fantastical piece of literature, and raises funds essential to helping Horizon Academy accomplish our mission. Past novels have included: The Great Gatsby, True Grit, Harry Potter, and Alice in Wonderland. This year, we’ll explore a modern version of Greek mythology with Percy Jackson. Percy, who has dyslexia and ADHD, discovers he’s a demigod and has hidden superpowers.
